“MAGENTA” Is the new concept on management, representation and research of new talents in the modeling industry. Recently launching out our office in Beautiful Metro West, Orlando (FL) and extending our vision throughout Central Florida and beyond for the success of our models in every aspect of the fashion industry. Founder and President of Magenta Production, Inc. Mr. Norman Silvestre has fashioned the idea of Magenta in belief of a new concept of management and communication for the purpose of helping new and experienced talent to create a lasting impression in the industry. This new concept is to create a new perception on fashion behind the scenes. Mr. Silvestre has had much success as a photographer and agent to more than 150 clients in the area of south Florida where he opened his first studio and founded Latin American Models, Inc. Since then Mr. Silvestre has been behind the scenes as a cameraman for many videos on Miami, has participated as judge with “El Premios Lo Nuestro Awards” for best nominees in the many category selections, and was able to produce top quality pictures for Sears, Macys, JC Penny, Rio do Brazil and Oshkosh B’Gosh. Now with the Magenta Production, Inc. Mr. Silvestre is on his way in bring the red carpet fashion show into the mist of Orlando.
